This gommage cosmetic comprises a water-soluble polymer resin which is at least one kind of polymer resin selected from the group consisting of acrylic resins, maleic acid-based copolymer resins and urethane resins or an emulsion of the water-soluble polymer resin and has 0 to -20°C glass transition point.
