Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the goniometer which is miniature, lightweight and has simple structure and whose manufacture work is easy.
CONSTITUTION: A θ rotary shaft 9 supporting a specimen 20 and a 2θ rotary shaft supporting an X-ray detector are housed with a base case 3. The base case 3 is fixed on a base 2 by means of bolts 35. Bearings 12a, 12b, 12c are set between the θ rotary shaft 9 and the inner wall face P of the base case 3, between the θ rotary shaft 9 and the 2θ rotary shaft and between the 2θ rotary shaft 10 and a ring screw 11 respectively. With the ring screws 11 tightened, both the rotary shafts 9, 10 are pushed on the inner wall face P of the base case 3 and rotatably supported by centering a center axis line ωin the base case 3. A particular support member for supporting both the rotary shafts 9, 10 is not needed.
