To provide a goods display stand having an antitheft system to prevent display goods like comparatively expensive notebook personal computer displayed at a storefront for demonstration from being illegally taken away.
The goods display stand of this invention comprises an open and close type box 1 whose top surface 2 is installation surface of a display goods 7, first fixed means 9 to prevent the display goods 7 installed on the open and shut type box 1 from unjustly taking away at left and right and upper directions, second fixed means 10 to prevent display goods from being illegally taken away at the front and back directions, and an alarm 22 installed in the open and shut type box 1 and in case of the display goods 7 being taken away with the open and shut type box 1, it alarms.
