Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize a damage when a vehicle is submerged.
SOLUTION: A vehicle 3 is completely wrapped by a baglike body 1 by using goods for a flood-control measure for a vehicle which comprises a set of the baglike body 1 and a tying tool 2, and an opening part 1b of the baglike body 1 is sealed by tightening with the tying tool 2, thus, the vehicle is protected even when it is covered with water. The baglike body 1, in a type with a bottom 1a which covers a surface of projection in a vertical direction of the vehicle, the periphery of the opening part can be folded in an accordion state so as to overlap on the inner face periphery of the bottom. In a type with a bottom 1a which covers a surface of projection in a horizontal direction of the vehicle, it is possible that a rope is mounted on the outer periphery suitable part of the bottom 1a and the opening part 1b.
