Also, the reception part 29 provided at the inside of the output port 28 and whose right terminal is supported at the right terminal of a door 2 via a hinge 31 rotatably freely, and also, whose left terminal is held at the left terminal of the door 2 via a latch 32 can be turned only by unlatching the latch 32, and can be moved to the outside of the arranging space of a sign board 27.
