A portable terminal B of a user who has viewed advertisement information displayed to the display device A in the vehicle or on the station yard obtains URL information of an article sales company server of an article sales company who is an advertiser by contactless communication with a voucher distribution terminal G near the display device A, accesses the article sales company server C, and purchase article advertized in the advertisement information. The article sales company server C returns to the portable terminal B request data of purchase payment of article via a transportation company server D of a transportation company for managing the display device A. When the user of the portable terminal B passes an automatic ticket gate E of the transportation company, requested price charged with the portable terminal B by the automatic ticket gate E is settled and processed by electronic money for the transportation company. The automatic ticket gate E transmits a settlement result by the electronic money to article sales company server C as payment data via the transportation company server D.
