To solve the problem of conventional power supply control through electromagnetic coupling that power supply to a load is not guaranteed and unsafe or unstable operation, e.g. operation with low voltage, may occur possibly because power is supplied to the load, based on the fact whether electromagnetic coupling conditions of primary and secondary coupling circuits for supplying power are satisfied or not regardless of the type of the load.

Since the system body 1 performs power supply to the environment creation unit 5 after recognizing acceptability thereof, unsafe or unstable operation of many and unspecified apparatus utilizing electromagnetic coupling can be prevented.
