PURPOSE: To prevent a load hunting condition by setting one of governer devices of plural engines as a master governer device, giving a speed regulating function and a load sharing function to this device only, and giving only a function of injecting fuel injection quantity instructed by the master governer device to the other engine governer devices.
CONSTITUTION: A fuel injection pump 5 is provided at each engine, and a rack operation actuator 6 is installed to each. A master governer device 12 computes necessary total fuel injection quantity, it shares the total fuel injection quantity in accordance with a preliminarily determined sharing ratio of each engine, and a fuel injection instruction 11 is transmitted to the rack operation actuator 6 of the engine where the master governer device is provided, and a fuel injection quantity instruction 15 is transmitted to a slave governer device 13 through a data communication line 14. Fuel is injected by each fuel injection pump 5 in accordance with the fuel injection instructions 11, 15. The load sharing ratio for each engine can thus be decided with uniqueness, thereby a load hunting condition can be prevented.
