PURPOSE: To reduce play and error air and improve the accuracy of idling RPM by reducing production difference of rotating slider and rotating chamber, and supporting the shaft of the rotating slider with a first and a second rolling bearings.
CONSTITUTION: Assembly of a device 6 is a process of after pressing a rolling slider 7 in a shaft 17, finishing the outer circumference of the slider 7, and pressing a first rolling bearing 18, spacer bush 59 and rotator 52 in the shaft 17. Then, both the shaft 18 and an element for fixing the shaft 7 is pressed into a supporting hole 39, after a spiral spring 32 is adjusted, the position of the bearing 18 is fixed by a holding circular plate 42. A second rolling bearing 19, supporter 55, winding 53, dish spring 54, middle circular plate 57 and fastening spring 58 are mounted in the casing part 22. Because each structural element of the device 6 is produced with production difference as little as possible, the slider 7 faces to the wall of the rotating chamber 24 with very little play, so the inconvenient air leakage in the slider 7 is kept very small.
