PURPOSE: To provide a governor unit that is unnecessary to enlarge the extent of output in an engine stopping actuator even as preventing any engine stall in time of the very-low sped load drive of an engine by way of strengthening the tension of a start spring and, what is more, improves its responsiveness.

CONSTITUTION: Whereas a rack pin 6 is resiliently pressed to a fuel increment side R by dint of both exclusive start and governor springs 3 and 4 directly connected to a fork lever 1, it is made up so as to be pressed to a fuel decrement side L by dint of a governor G of a governor weight 8.
