The reception part 7a while detecting the current position is guided to a reference point A. The reception part 7a is moved and positioned at a rail end position 6Q, and the rail 6 is directed to a target azimuth matching a normal direction perpendicular to a survey reference line such as a center line. The reception part 7a is arranged at a specific distance L1 from the point A, so this spot is pointed with laser light 39 and a stake is driven in at this point and utilized to perform the stake finishing operation.
