Abstract:
To provide a GPS position data recording method which decides the route on which a vehicle travels only by analyzing operation management data more accurately than in the conventional practice and a GPS position data recorder which executes it.
A GPS position data recorder 10 receives a GPS signal 11a in a prescribed timing, extracts receiving time data 102a-2, position data 102a-3 and 102a-4 and proceeding direction data 104a and generates GPS data 102a. Next, it carries out control that holds the data 102a and 104a as operation management data 106a based on the data 104a in every prescribed time or every fixed traveling distance. Then, it receives the data 106a and records it in a prescribed order.
