Abstract:
To provide more accurate speed data.
The frequency of fluctuation most conspicuously appearing in the speed data is detected from the speed data obtained by a measurement position calculation part 20 in a fluctuation frequency detection part 34 and the detected frequency is set to the center frequency of the stop band of a band stop filter 32 provided between the measurement position calculation part 20 and an output part 22. Cyclic fluctuation generated by the rolling of a water moving body relating to loading is removed by the band stop filter 32.
