PURPOSE: To accurately receive a radio wave from a satellite by employing data indicating a receivable area of one of both predetermined receiving antennas and selecting the receiving antenna according to the data.

CONSTITUTION: When a main control program advances to a step 110, a microcomputer 40 calculates the current position of the satellite. Then the microcomputer 40 calculates the absolute front azimuth c of this automobile in a step 140 and determines the difference of the absolute azimuth c from the satellite azimuth as the relative azimuth r(=-c) of the automobile.
