This bundle carrying device has a bundle horizontally moving device 304 for carrying a binding bundle in its longitudinal direction by receiving the binding bundle A delivered from a binding device, and a bundle sandwiching carrying device 308 for carrying the binding bundle carried by the bundle horizontally moving device in the width direction of the binding bundle. The bundle sandwiching carrying device has two arms 418 and 420 for carrying the binding bundle A by sandwiching from both sides in the width direction.
