To obtain an ethylene/α-olefin/nonconjugated polyene copolymer modified while maintaining an unsaturated bond usable for a crosslinking reaction.SOLUTION: A graft copolymer (X) contains: a main chain moiety derived from an ethylene/α-olefin/nonconjugated polyene copolymer (A) comprising ethylene, a C3-20 α-olefin, and a nonconjugated polyene having an ethylidene group; and a graft moiety derived from an alkyl (meth)acrylate polymer (B). The alkyl (meth)acrylate polymer (B) contains a constituent unit derived from an alkyl acrylate compound and/or an alkyl methacrylate compound.SELECTED DRAWING: None
