Abstract:

To obtain a graft copolymer and a thermoplastic resin composition each improved in glossiness, color development and processability.

The graft copolymer is obtained by using a polymerization initiator having ≥1.0 g/100 cm3 aqueous solubility in graft-copolymerization of a vinyl-based monomer in the presence of an acrylic rubber, and the thermoplastic resin composition comprises the graft copolymer and a vinyl-based copolymer.
