Abstract:

To provide a graft polymer-containing substrate to favorably prevent the non-specific adsorption of contaminants on the substrate surface and specifically catch a target substance, and provide its production method.

In the graft polymer-containing substrate, or the substrate having a graft polymer formed on its surface, the above graft polymer comprises a constituent unit having a functional group that includes any one of a carboxy, succinimide, aldehyde, epoxy, bromo, amino or maleimide group.
