Abstract:
To provide a novel graft polymer having a more excellent cell peeling function from an idea utterly different from a conventional technology.SOLUTION: By using a graft polymer obtained by grafting a hydrophilic polymer to a terminal of a dendritic polymer of a styrene skeleton, cells are efficiently cultivated, further by changing only a temperature of a surface of a base material, a cell cultivation temperature responsive base material having a cell cultivation temperature responsive surface efficiently peeled in a short time may be conveniently prepared. When the cell cultivation temperature responsive base material is used, cells obtained from each texture may be efficiently cultivated. By means of the cultivation method, by changing only the temperature, without damaging, the peeling may be carried out efficiently in a short time.SELECTED DRAWING: None
