The apparatus for the liquid-phase radiation graft polymerization of a polymerizable monomer to a substrate fiber has a graft polymerizer, the accessory devices or systems of the polymerizer and a centrifugal dehydrator. The accessory devices of the polymerizer are a heating device for heating the graft polymerizer, an evacuation system to evacuate the graft polymerizer and keep an evacuated state, and an inert gas supplying system to supply an inert gas to the graft polymerizer.
