Title:
GRAIN CARRYING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3497937
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain carrying device having a pair of carrying rollswhose meshing parts send grains one by one, and surely carrying grains one by one even if the grain-differ in grain size.
SOLUTION: One end of a rotary arm 4 is borne rotatably by the rotary shaft of one of a pair of carrying rolls 3, and to the other end, a bucket 5 of rubber is installed. When the rolls 3 rotate, the arm 4 also rotates, and the bucket 5 moves sliding on the inside surface of a cylinder drum 2, and the grains are scooped up from the lower part 2a of this drum 2 and drooped onto an aligning plate 6. Grains slide on the plate 6, falls onto the meshing parts of the rolls 3, and are carried one by one in the longitudinal direction of the rolls 3. The grains are uniforcibly carried in compliance with the grain size while a shield block 8 is displaced in the vertical direction by a solenoid 14.
