Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a more inexpensive drying device by a method wherein solar heat is absorbed efficiently by a simple and inexpensive constitution, wherein the open side of a drying box is covered by a heat absorbing covering body constructed integrally with the drying box, so as to be capable of drying efficiently a large capacity of grains while contriving the saving of fuel consumption while both of a discharging hopper and a delivery conveyer are installed on the ground.
CONSTITUTION: An upper surface open type drying box 1, whose inside is partitioned into a drying chamber 14 at the upper part of the boundary of a horizontal air ventilating board 2 and a suction chamber 5 at the lower part of the boundary, is installed on a floor surface 11. The open side is covered by a heat absorbing covering body 10, whose lower ends are attached to the right and left side walls of the drying box 1.
