Abstract:
To easily control resolving of moisture unevenness by grasping a state of moisture unevenness of charged grain.
A grain dryer includes a circulation means for circulating the charged grain, and a moisture meter (20) acquiring sample grain from grain circulated by the circulation means to measure its moisture. The moisture meter (20) is composed to measure moisture for drying control of periodically detecting a grain moisture value during drying work for controlling drying, and to measure moisture for grasping moisture unevenness of measuring a representative moisture value at each set interval from the whole charged grain for grasping the moisture unevenness state of the whole charged grain.
