Abstract:
To provide a grain dryer comprising a mechanism of discharging grain remaining in a lower screw disposed in the machine body.SOLUTION: The grain dryer is configured to: provide a grain storage disposed on a grain drying section; erect a bucket elevator connecting a lower screw conveyer horizontally disposed on a bottom of the grain drying section and an upper screw conveyer horizontally disposed on an upper part of the grain storage; include an exhaust fan discharging exhaust passing through the grain drying section to the outside of the machine; and provide a connecting groove connecting the lower screw conveyer and a lower part of the bucket elevator. In the grain dryer, a bottom face of a conveyer case of the lower screw conveyer is formed on a perforated wall face, an air box is provided below the conveyer case, a blower is provided in the air box to blow air into the air box, and tilting slits having directivity so that air blown by the blower is ejected toward a conveying direction of the lower screw conveyer are formed on the perforated wall face.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
