In this grain drying device, an engagement shaft 108 is engaged with a first notch 96 of a rotating plate 92 by biasing force of a tensile coil spring 112, the rotation of a discharge plate 67 is limited through a rotating shaft 90 by limiting the rotation on the rotating shaft 90, of the rotating plate 92, and the discharge plate 67 closes a discharge port 66. Thus the closing state of the discharge port 66 by the discharge plate 67 can be effectively kept by the engagement with the first notch 96, of the engagement shaft 108 and the biasing force of the tensile coil spring 112, even when a large pressure acts on the discharge plate 67 from grain, unnecessary opening of the discharge port 66 can be prevented, and further unnecessary discharge of the grain can be prevented.
