To provide a grain drying device capable of estimating a time required for discharging grain after drying processing, with high accuracy.
This grain drying device comprises a storage chamber 10, a drying portion 11, a grain discharging port 18, a holding meter 20 for detecting a position of a top face of held grain by a suspended spindle 21w, a display means 6 for displaying a grain processing situation, and a control processing portion for controlling operations of the holding meter 20 and the display means 6. The control processing portion detects the position of the top face of the grain held in the storage chamber 10 by the holding meter 20 prior to the discharging work for discharging grain in the storage chamber 10 to the outside of a machine body, converts the amount of held grain on the basis of a result of the detection, calculates an estimated time required for the discharging work on the basis of the amount of held grain, displays the same on the display means, and updates and displays a time while subtracting a lapse time from the estimated time in accompany with the process of the discharging work.
