Abstract:

To solve problems possessed by a method for producing a grain flour preparation by using soft butter which is in a state of being immediately after discharged from a butter production machine and of which the crystals are not stabilized.

In this method for producing the grain flour preparation which uses grain flour and the butter as main raw materials, the butter which is conventionally used as a food-producing raw material and exhibits a solid state at a low temperature is softened by using heat conduction equipment in which a temperature of a heat transfer surface is controllable. Therefore, the problems are solved by making it possible that the butter which keeps a fresh state and the grain flour are easily and uniformly mixed.
