Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-iron-loss grain-oriented electric steel sheet which is used in the iron core of transformers, is low in iron loss, compared with conventional steel sheets, and allows reduction of the energy use efficiency of an applied transformer effectively.SOLUTION: In a grain-oriented electric steel sheet, linear reflux magnetic domain parts are formed in the vicinity of strain; in a demagnetized state, magnetic domains of a rolling-direction length of 1.2 mm or greater extending from the reflux magnetic domain parts in the rolling direction are formed; and there are also present magnetic domains at an average rate of 1.8 domains per mm in a region along the reflux magnetic domain parts.
