Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a grain sorting facility which can sort grain on the basis of their internal quality (protein contents and amylo values) before or in a drying process.
CONSTITUTION: In a grain sorting facility equipped with a grain receiving device 2 which receives grain and a sorting/storing device 7 which stores grain after sorting the grain based on a sorting criterion, a spectroscopic analyzer 3 which measures the characteristic factor value of the grain is incorporated. In addition, a sorting control means 5 which controls the sorting operation of the device 7 based on the measured characteristic factor value of the grain as a sorting criterion is also incorporated in the facility.
