To provide a grain storage method and a grain storage facility by which quality of grain is ensured over a long period.
Grains which are transferred through a grain transfer passage 24 (grain transfer means) are passed through air in which temperature and relative humidity are adequately adjusted to adjust the temperature of the grains. Consequently, grains in which the temperature and the water content are kept in a state suitably adjusted for long-term storage are charged into a silo 8 while keeping water content of grains during transfer in the grain transfer passage 24 and adjusting only temperature at an adequate temperature. As a result, after grains are charged, the silo 8 can hermetically be sealed against outside air. Thereby, the quality of grains stored in the silo 8 can be ensured for a long period without being influenced by outside air.
