Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain treating facility capable of efficiently treating received grain and of improving the accuracy of classifying the grain.SOLUTION: The grain treating facility comprising: a chemical component measuring part that carries out a primary measurement of components for measuring the component values of chemical components thereof without subjecting a test sample to a drying treatment, and a secondary measurement of components for measuring the component values of the chemical components thereof subsequent to subjecting a test sample to a drying treatment; and a quality discriminating part that carries out primary quality discrimination for discriminating the grain into grain of a high component value, grain of a low component value, or grain of an intermediate component value on the basis of the measurement result of the primary measurement of components, and secondary quality discrimination for discriminating the grain into grain of a high component value or grain of a low component value on the basis of the measurement result of the secondary measurement of components, is characterized in that the grain discriminated into grain of a high component value or grain of a low component value as a result of the primary quality discrimination are separately charged into a plurality of circulation type dryers and the grain discriminated into grain of an intermediate component value as a result of the primary quality discrimination is separately charged into a plurality of circulation type dryers on the basis of the result of the secondary quality discrimination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
