Abstract:

PURPOSE: To simply provide the stable agricultural chemical-containing granular fertilizer prevented in pulverization and concretion without requiring a drying process by impregnating or covering a fertilizer with an agrochemically active ingredient and subsequently adding white carbon to the treated fertilizer.
CONSTITUTION: A mixed fertilizer, a compound fertilizer, etc., which contains one kind or more of ingredients such as a nitrogen compound, a phosphate salt, a potassium compound and magnesia is sieved, and the separated granular fertilizer having a particle diameter of 0.5-5.0mm is charged into a granulating machine or a stirring type mixing machine. A liquid prepared by dissolving or homogeneously dispersing a mixture containing one kind or more of agrochemically active ingredients such as a herbicide active ingredient, an insecticide active ingredient and an pesticide active ingredient and, if necessary, a surfactant, mineral substance fine powder, water-soluble powder or an organic solvent in water is added to the fertilizer so as to impregnate or cover the fertilizer in an amount of 0.5-10wt.% based on the agricultural chemical-containing granular fertilizer. Furthermore, white carbon comprising silicic anhydride or silicic acid hydrate is added in an amount of 0.1-10.0wt.% based on the agricultural chemical-containing granular fertilizer. The mixture is stirred and mixed for approximately 10min, and the fine powder of the mixed product is sieved out with a 0.5mm sieve to provide the agricultural chemical-containing granular fertilizer.
