Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder treatment device capable of directly supplying, a treated product, without requiring pulverization in advance, even when the treated product is a hard granulated object or aggregate.SOLUTION: A powder treatment device 100 of the invention is a vertical powder treatment device comprising a casing 5 for pulverizing and/or mixing treated products in a liquid. In detail, in the powder treatment device 100, the casing 5 comprises: a first treatment chamber comprising a cylindrical part 70 in which, a rotation blade 22 and a pulverization rotor 20 which rotates and is driven around a shaft core of the casing 5, are provided inside; a partition part which communicates with the first treatment chamber, and whose diameter becomes smaller diameter as going downward, along the shaft center from the cylindrical part 70, and which has no bottom; a second treatment chamber which communicates with the partition part, and has a liquid feeding rotor 58 for feeding the above-mentioned treated products and the liquid; a supply port 55 which communicates with the first treatment chamber; and a discharge port 56 which communicates with the second treatment chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
