Abstract:
To provide a method of producing mixed solid fertilizers containing liquid fertilizer components suitable for mass production in large-scale plants by mixing and kneading liquid fertilizer components into wheat flour, rice flour, potato flour, and other natural organic powders with moisture cohesion properties, forming them into spheres, and mixing the resulting spherical material containing liquid fertilizer components in the granulation process of solid fertilizer production using a coated granulation method or prilling tower granulation method.SOLUTION: Flour, rice flour, potato flour, or other natural organic matter is mixed with liquid fertilizer containing 5-aminolevulinic acid, its slanderous conductors, or their salts (hereinafter collectively referred to as "ALA") as a fertilizer component, then the mixed fertilizer is kneaded and formed into a spherical shape to obtain a spherical material containing liquid fertilizer components. The spherical material containing liquid fertilizer components is then dried and put in the granulation process of granular solid fertilizers by a coated granulation method or prilling tower granulation method, and then mixed and granulated with other solid fertilizer materials, such as urea to obtain a spherical material containing ALA liquid fertilizer components. A granular solid fertilizers are provided which retains the ALA liquid fertilizer components therein.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
