Abstract:
To achieve effective use as a material having excellent workability by granulating a granular improvement material made with water purification sludge as a raw material.SOLUTION: An improvement material 1, being a granular paving material or granular improvement material using as a raw material a water purification sludge produced by adding a modifier for granulating and quick lime and the like to the water purification sludge subjected to dehydrating treatment generated when purifying water at a water purification plant, is laid up to a prescribed thickness on a correction base plate of a lower layer part of a recess b, which is formed by excavating, to a prescribed depth, field soil at a construction site being an outdoor ground a and the like. The whole or part of an upper layer part of the granulated granular improvement material is subjected to mixing, agitation, and pulverization. After mixing, agitation, and pulverization, a water-permeable and water-retentive layer is formed by performing rolling compaction processing.
