Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular pharmaceutical composition capable of maintaining a dispersion state of being highly dispersed in an aqueous medium such as water for a long time.SOLUTION: There is provided a granular pharmaceutical composition which comprises bosentan or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a sugar or a sugar alcohol, wherein the bosentan has a particle diameter (D50) of 15.0 μm or less. The sugar or the sugar alcohol preferably is any one of white sugar, lactose hydrate, erythritol, and D-mannitol and more preferably is any one of white sugar and lactose hydrate.
