To provide a granular powder quantitative feeding device that prevents unevenness in feed amount of powder occurring by the second and controls a feed amount of powder with a very high precision, and to provide a granular powder quantitative feeding method.
The granular powder quantitative feeding device for feeding powder by a prescribed amount includes: a motor 10; a storage tank 2 for storing an output shaft 14 of the motor and powder; a conveying unit 4 that receives powder from the storage tank at one-end side and conveys the received powder toward a feed port 20, provided at the other end, by an internally-arranged screw conveyor 8 arranged around the output shaft of the motor; a filling chamber 18 that comprises a space part formed upstream of the feed port, namely, at the other end side of the conveying means; and a regulating plate 16 that is provided between the filling chamber and the feed port and has an opening through which the powder passes. The opening is formed only above the output shaft of the motor.
