PURPOSE: To obtain the subject granular substance, suitable as a tasting salt capable of promoting tastiness of liquors and rich in vitamin C without sticking even in allowing to stand under high humidity conditions by stirring and mixing powdered green tea with common salt in a specific proportion at a specified humidity.

CONSTITUTION: The objective granular substance, obtained by stirring and mixing 20-40wt.%, preferably 20-30wt.% powdered green tea with 80-60wt.%, preferably 80-70wt.% common salt at 5-10% humidity and consisting of 5-50wt.% powdered green tea and 95-50wt.% common salt.
