Abstract:

To provide granulated particles having excellent elution properties of a drug in the body, to provide a tablet and to provide a method for producing the granulated particles.

The granulated particles comprise a sparingly water-soluble drug (A) and a vehicle (B). The granulated particles are characterized in that the volume-average particle diameter of particles of the component (A) and particles of the component (B) is 0.01-35 μm and the granulated particles further contain a water-soluble high polymer and/or a water-swellable high polymer (C) and a surfactant (D).
