Hammers 17 are furnished respectively in the upper and lower granulation chambers 15 and 16 and revolved on a horizontal shaft, and fixed-tooth blocks 22a and 22b and 22c and 22d having a fixed tooth 12 inside are arranged at the front and rear of the upper granulation chamber 15 and at the front and rear of the lower granulation chamber 16. The respective fixed-tooth blocks 22a, 22b, 22c and 22d are placed on the copper sheet 33 of a supporting plate 32 fixed to the casing 7. Further, clearance adjusting parts 36 are arranged between the blocks 22a, 22b, 22c and 22d and the casing 7 to move both with two bolts.
