Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make quality of a product favorable and improve drastically workability, by a method wherein a water-soluble high-molecular substance, whose water content and particle diameter are specific, a lubricant and water are fed to a mixer simultaneously and continuously, after granulation of the same into a gel body, whose water content and particle diameter are specific, the same is passed through a cutting and particle preparing machine further and simultaneously with the granulation of a powdery body following the gel body preparation of the gel body into the particle having the specific particle diameter is performed.

CONSTITUTION: A fine powder water-soluble high-molecular substance, which possesses water content of less than 15 wt.% and particle diameter of less than 0.18 m/m, a lubricant and water are fed simultaneously and continuously to a mixer 10. After granulation of the same into a gel body, whose water content is 15-40 wt.% and particle diameter is 1-5 m/m, the same is passed through a cutting and particle prepairing machine 20 further and simultaneously with the granulation of a powdery body following the gel body the same is prepared into particle of 1-2 m/m. The fine powder is transferred one by one to an outlet side 3 of the gel body while receiving a diffusing action with thrust and centrifugal force by a main blade 4 and agitating blade 5 of a granulation device 10. Similtaneously with this the same comes into contact with the water and lubricant and grows to a gel body particle having size of a particle diameter of 1-5 m/m. When edged tools 27, 27' of the cutting and particle preparing machine 20 are turned in the direction of an arrow, cutting of the gel body exceeding the particle diameter of 2 m/m is performed among the edged tools 27, 27' and stationary blades 24, 24' and only the gel body prepared into the particle diameter of not exceeding 2 m/m is discharged from an outlet 23 by passing through a screen 25.
