Abstract:
To prevent a raw powder and/or a grain from depositing on a granulating spray gun or to easily remove the raw powder and/or grain depositing on the gun.
An injection nozzle 2 having a nozzle hole 2c for atomizing and injecting a binder soln. for flocculating the raw powder of a fluidized bed and promoting the granulation of a grain, a skirt 3 provided around the nozzle 2, operated in the injecting direction of the atomized and injected binder soln. and covering the nozzle 2 and a clean gas injecting means 4 furnished inside the skirt 3 and around the nozzle 2 and having plural clean gas injection holes 4 for injecting the clean gas toward the nozzle hole 2c to remove the raw powder and/or grain depositing on the nozzle 2 are provided.
