Abstract:

The invention discloses a pelletizing device which can inhibit the generation of the particle component and can effectively reduce the granulated body. The granulating device comprises a cylinder main body, a rolling body, a partitioning member, a rotation mechanism and a heating mechanism. The cylinder main body is supplied to the first cylinder body and a second cylinder body which discharges the granulating body; the rolling body is received inside the first cylinder; the partitioning member is arranged on the boundaries of the first cylinder body and the second cylinder body and allows the processed object to go through and does not allow the rolling body to go through; the rotation mechanism enables the cylinder main body to rotate; the heating mechanism performs heating on the processed object, and performs sectioning on the first cylinder through using a lead vertical plane passing through the axis center of the first cylinder; when people observe from the direction which is orthogonal with the lead vertical plane, the line on the lower side which is defined by inner circumference of the first cylinder and the lead vertical plane has a descending slope; and the included angle between the line and the horizontal line is bigger than 10 degrees and lower than 50 degrees.
