Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granulation method and a granulation facility of a sintered raw material capable of granulating the sintered raw material having proper strength and grain size distribution and enhancing productivity of a sintered ore by selecting lump particles generated due to increase of used amount of fine powder ores at good accuracy and crushing the same.SOLUTION: There is provided a granulation method of a sintered raw material by granulating a raw material for granulation containing fine powder ores by a granulation machine, classifying the resulting granulated article by a gran size, selecting the granulated article after classification by sphericity, crushing selected large particles high in sphericity and then granulating fine particles obtained by crushing again.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
