To provide a granulation method suitable for efficiently producing a granulated material in large quantities from a resin and a curing agent, the granulated material and a granulation apparatus.
The granulation method comprises the steps of: preparing a mixture by mixing the objects which are to be mixed and contain the resin and the curing agent; supplying the prepared mixture to the surface of a comb part 31 and raking a part of the supplied mixture from notches of the comb part 31 by rotating a cylindrical drum 30 having a plurality of projections on the surface to prepare a divided material; and solidifying the prepared divided material. The granulated material is obtained using this granulation method. The granulation apparatus is provided with: a vibration type agitating/mixing unit 20 having a casing provided therein with a circulation route for circulating the objects which are to be mixed and contain the resin and the curing agent and an agitator composed of a shaft part which is arranged in the casing and connected to a vibration source and an agitation blade fit to the periphery of the shaft part; a dividing unit having the cylindrical drum 30; and a housing part 50 for housing the divided material.
