PURPOSE: To prevent generation of dust in the bottom part of a flexible container by providing a movable pental type pan having a hole passing the discharge port of the flexible container and a discharge hopper receiving granule from the discharge port in a granule discharging device from the flexible container.

CONSTITUTION: A flexible container 1 is suspendedly held with suspending ropes on sack suspending beams 7 on sack supporting beams 6. The sack supporting beams 6 are up/down slidably supported on the upper part of body frame columns 8 and always energized in the upper direction with spring mechanisms 9. A movable pental type pan 10 supported with a supporting beam 14 is constituted of a plurality of movable valves, and has a center hole for passing the discharge port of the flexible container 1. The movable pental type pan 10 is faced upward with a movable pental type pan opening and closing mechanism 11. On the other part of a discharge hopper 15, a cylindrical chute 16 is fitted. On the lower part of the discharge hopper 15, a suction hose 18 is connected and further connected to a forced suction type pneumatic transportation equipments.
