Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a granule for long-acting pharmaceutical preparation capable of providing a once-a-day administration-type long-acting preparation from a medicine which is difficult to form a long-acting preparation.
CONSTITUTION: The objective granule for long-acting pharmaceutical preparation is produced by coating a small core particle of a water-insoluble substance with a medicine layer composed of a non-swelling enteric base and a medicine which is difficult to form a long-acting preparation and coating the obtained medicine-containing granule with a dissolution-controlling film composed of a drug-delivery controlling substance and an enteric base.
