CONSTITUTION: When an operation section 18 of a 1st communication equipment 1 commands in advance image pickup control to an image pickup control section 27 of a 2nd communication equipment 2, the command is stored in a control section 116. When the execution of the command is commanded by the user, the command is sent to a communication control section 111, the same image pickup control is commanded to an image pickup control section 17 of a 1st communication equipment 1 and a command is instructed to a voice control section 228 so that a voice output level of the 2nd communication equipment is increased/decreased corresponding to the command. Simultaneously, the voice output level of the 1st communication equipment 1 is similarly increased/ decreased by a voice control section 118.
