Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speed up a data conversion processing.
SOLUTION: A processing part for dividing input graphic data into block units and executing the conversion processing on mask manufacture data and a storage part having an optimizing condition file 1 which stores input data information, optimizing information of graphic data divided by the processing part, processing result information and the like and in which optimizing information can be updated and registered. When graphic data existing in a block is approximated to graphic data information registered in the optimizing condition file, the graphic processing is executed by using file data. In a case except for the previous case, coarse/dense and the character of graphic data are judged by scanning graphic data in the block so as to judge whether quantity of graphic data existing in the block exceeds storage capacity in the processing part executing the conversion processing, data is divided into the optimum blocks so that it becomes data quantity which can be processed and graphic processing is executed. Division information, input graphic data information and processing result information are stored in the storage part.
