To make clear the meaning of a link generated between items, in a graph created to indicate relationship between the items.
The graph creation device includes: a data acquisition means 1 for acquiring data to be used for creating a graph; a division table creation means 2 for creating a division table that shows information whether each item is included in each co-occurrence range from the data acquired by the data acquisition means 1; an item graph creation means 3 for generating a link between the nodes, which correspond to the items in the division table created in the division table creation means 2, based on the division table, and creating an item graph; a co-occurrence range graph creation means 4 for generating a link between the nodes, which correspond to the co-occurrence range of the division table created by the division table creation means, based on the division table, and creating a co-occurrence range graph; and a link information adding means 5 for adding information to the link of the item graph created by the item graph creation means 3 based on the co-occurrence range graph created by the co-occurrence range graph creation means 4 and the division table created by the division table creation means 2.
